In the current cosmetics market, there has been a tremendous flood of products promising women—and even men—that they would be able to grow longer, stronger and fuller lashes if they purchase their great new product.
Many consumers, unfortunately, still fall for these “promises” and buy these products, only to end up with unexpected and, sometimes, disastrous results.
Let us take a look at one such product which has been getting a lot of mixed reviews, namely the Chella Lash Full Fillment Kit.
What is Chella Lash?
Chella Lash Full Fillment Kit is being marketed toward women who have short, thin and sparse eyelashes.
With its special clinically tested formulation of peptides, amino acids, vitamins, antioxidants, and bio-based molecules, the treatment kit promises longer and thicker eyelashes in 4 weeks.
Active Ingredients
Strangely enough, there are actually TWO very different ingredients list for Chella Lash—one in Amazon and the other in the official site. I’ve decided to go for the ingredients list that is found in the company’s official website</>.
The ingredients of Chella Lash are a combination of chemical and natural ingredients. The chemical compounds found in the product are
- Acetyl Cystein, Acetyl Methionine,
- Sodium Citrate,
- Citric Acid,
- Lactose,
- Inositol,
- Ergothioneine,
- Sodium Lactate,
- Panthenyl Ethyl Ether,
- Denatured Alcohol,
- Butylene Glycol,
- PPG-26-Buteth-26,
- Propylene Glycol,
- Sodium PCA, Sorbitol,
- Proline,
- C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Disodium Phosphate, Caprylyl Glycol, Phoenoxethanol, Riethonolamine, Potassium CLA Glutathionate, Sodium DNA, and Water (Aqua). The natural ingredients, on the other hand, consist of the following: Milk Protein, Hydrolyzed Lupine Protein, Laminaria Saccharina Extract, Panthenol (Provitamin b5), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Niacin, Pyridoxine HCL, Biotin, Algae Extract, Serenoa Serrulata Fruit Extract, Enteromorpha Compressa Extract, Ulva Lactuca Extract, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Thymus Vulgaris (Thyme) Flower/Leaf Extract, Pueraria Lobata Root Extract, Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) Seed Extract, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, Saccharomuces/Zinc Ferment, Simmondsia Chinesis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Xanthum Gum, and Castor Oil.
How to Use Chella Lash
To apply Chella Lash, simply use it every night by swiping a thin line of the product along the roots of both your upper and lower eyelashes. However, the manufacturer advises that extra care be observed when applying on the lower lashes.
If you check out the reviews that have been posted on the Chella Lash site, they are quite obviously resoundingly positive. Women can’t seem to stop praising the product for giving them longer and more lush eyelashes in just 2 to 4 weeks.
However, if you move on to other sites like Amazon and a few sellers on Ebay, there are more negative reviews than positive. Many have not seen a noticeable difference in their lashes even after prolonged use of the product.
Perhaps one of the more disturbing reviews that came out about Chella Lash was from a woman in Amazon who developed a severe allergic reaction to the product, which led to redness, crustiness and inflammation of her eyelids.

If that isn’t troubling enough, only a few have remarked about the price tag of the product, which puts it beyond the reach of the average consumer.
If you have the moolah and are still willing to give Chella Lash a try, please do a skin sensitivity test first to avoid the complications that the Amazon reviewer had experienced.
