With so many eyelash growth products that have flooded the cosmetics market, a woman finds herself hard pressed to find the best product that would best resolve whatever lash problems she may have. While there are many women who go into meticulous research to learn more about a product, including its ingredients, for most, it is a simple matter of looking at the price tag first. This brings us to M2Lashes Duo Set | Eyelash Serum.

What is M2Lashese Duo Set

M2Lashes Duo Set | Eyelash Serum is a product of the French company M2Beaute. Marketed as an eyelash growth enhancer, it promises longer, fuller and stronger lashes in just a few weeks of daily use.

According to the manufacturer, the product has been derminologically tested and has even received an “A” rating from Dermatest in Munster. Because it does not contain any prostaglandins or other drugs, you don’t need a prescription to buy the product. The manufacture also guarantees that it will not cause any side effects.

M2Lashese Ingredients

The main active ingredient of M2Lashes is their patented MDN complexes which allows for fast growth and strengthening of the lashes. Still, on the side of caution, I would have wanted to know what these complexes are composed of.

The remaining ingredients are chemical compounds acting as gloss supplements and conditioners, which give the lashes a sleek, shinier, and healthier look.

These ingredients are:

  • Hyaluronic acid,
  • Sodium hyaluronate ,
  • Biotin (Vitamin B7),
  • Hydrolyzed Collagen,
  • Hydrolyzed glycosaminglycan (GAG),
  • Prodew 300,
  • Panthenol (Vitamin B5),
  • Copper Tripeptide-1,
  • Arginine, and
  • Hydrolyzed Soy Protein.

M2Lashes Duo Set, as its name obviously implies, contains an activating serum and a revitalizing gloss, each with their own set of instructions.

How To Apply M2Lashes

The application of the Activating Serum is the same as liquid eyeliner by swiping a small amount at the base of your product every night. One brush stroke is enough. Let the product dry and be absorbed by your lashes.

Next, take the Revitalizing Gloss. The application of this is the same as your mascara wherein you apply it directly to your lashes, starting from the roots going to the tips.

The gloss is best used in the daytime as a primer for mascara. According to the clinical studies done on the product, you can expect to see changes from daily use of the Activating Serum as early as 6 to 8 weeks with maximum results achieved by the 4th month.

If we are to go by the clinical trials, M2Lashes is a slow acting eyelash treatment regimen. There are many eyelash products that can already produce results as early as 2 weeks.

Thankfully, M2Beaute’s product is guaranteed to last up to 6 months even with daily use. The main downside to M2Lashes is its very, very prohibitive price of $221.93. Let’s face it. Only a few women can afford to dish out that huge an amount for a cosmetic product.

Somehow, I’m not surprised that there are practically no reviews on M2Lashes on Amazon or elsewhere. The price is such a turn off. While I would have wanted to know if the product is as good as the manufacturer claims, I’m not about to spend close to $250. It’s highway robbery! Unless M2Beaute decides to lower its price on M2Lashes, I’d rather stick with my Idol Lash.
